Handel Choir relies on the support of the community. Ticket revenues cover less than one-third of concert expenses. Public funding for the arts has diminished in recent years.,Over the past five years, the Handel Choir of Baltimore organization has expanded to include an active Handel Children’s Choir and educational outreach programs. Your contribution is crucial and deeply appreciated.

There are many ways to give to the Handel Choir of Baltimore. The best method depends upon your interests and circumstances. Outlined below is an introduction to some of the options available to Handel Choir donors as they consider commitments to support our 74th Season.

Be a Corporate Sponsor: Benefits of corporate sponsorship include corporate logo on the Handel Choir’s media ads, playbills and website; complimentary tickets, invitations to and recognition at receptions.

Buy an Advertisement in our Program: Handel Choir sells advertising in the programs for its subscription concerts and many of its special events.

Make a Donation: Donations of all amounts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Names of contributors are printed in the concert programs. There are many ways to give to the Handel Choir of Baltimore—cash, property, stocks, pledges, life insurance, charitable trusts and more. Make a Matching Gift: Many corporations will match the gifts given to non-profits by its employees. Please check with your employer.

Make a Bequest: Bequests are gifts left by will. This is the best-known deferred gift, and therefore the most often used. Most bequests may be written for a specific amount, a percentage of the total estate, or the remainders after specified conditions are met. A bequest may include cash, securities and other assets of the donor’s choice.
